Data protection

The use of our website is generally possible without submitting any personal data. Insofar as we do collect personal data from you (for example your name, address or e-mail address), this will be insofar as possible on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We point out that the transfer of data via the Internet (e.g. communications sent by e-mail) can be subject to security flaws. The flawless protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

We hereby object to the use by third parties of the contact data published (pursuant to our obligations to provide legal notice) above in order to send unsolicited advertising material and other information. The operator reserves the right to legal recourse against persons sending unsolicited advertising material, e.g. in the form of spam e-mail.

Data protection declaration for the use of the Facebook plugins (‘Like’ button)

Our site has integrated plugins of the social networking site Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. These Facebook plugins are recognisable in that they feature the Facebook logo or a ‘like’ button. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here:
When you visit our website a direct connection will be made via the plugin between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook will then receive the information with which you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook ‘like’ button while logged-in to your Facebook account, you can link the content of our site to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to allocate the visit to our website to your user account. We point out that we, as the operator of the website, receive no knowledge of the content of the transferred data and its use by Facebook. Further information on this can be found in the Facebook data protection declaration under

If you do not wish Facebook to allocate your visit to our website to your Facebook user account, please log-out of your Facebook user account.

Data protection declaration and the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (hereinafter ‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are small text files that are archived on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie on your use of the website (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and archived there.

Google will use this information in order to assess your use of the website in order to compile reports on website activities for the website operator and to perform additional services connected to website use and Internet use. Google may also pass on this information to third parties, insofar as this is legally prescribed or insofar as these third parties process data on behalf of Google. Google will not under any circumstances make any connection between your IP address and other data held by Google Inc. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting the corresponding settings in your browser software; however we point out that in this case it is possible that you may not be able to fully use certain functions of this website. Through the use of this website you are expressly declaring your agreement to the processing of the collected data by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.
